Without realizing it , we may sit spelled wrong way can cause scoliosis . How do I detect it ?

A friend , let's call him Thai , sending a message that he was suffering from scoliosis . In fact , Thai rarely lifting heavy weights . He spent 8 hours a day in front of the computer to make the content of a website . In between working hours , he constantly uses his smart phone to check social media , blogs , and websites .

Scoliosis is actually fairly common among the urban. Because we tend to use one hand to perform daily activities . These habits can build muscle one active arm becomes larger . Arm posture imbalances can drag and rotate the spine to the side which resulted in a ' mild scoliosis ' .

As experienced Thai , we are often too much sitting . Most of the day we sit in front of computers or gadgets . We also sit for hours in a vehicle to navigate the congestion on the way to and from work .

When we sit in one position for long periods of time , your body will adjust . Supporting muscles of our body becomes weak , healthy joints in your back and neck we can become stiff and bent . Symptoms of postural scoliosis is known as Double B , the " Hunchback And Crooked " .

Early Detection
The best way to diagnose scoliosis is consulting with experts and the use of X - Ray tool . However, to detect early symptoms , you can also check yourself .

When you look from the back of the body , the spine should be in a straight position and the shoulders should be aligned and balanced . Ribs and ' papa ' to be symmetrical . Scoliosis is a curve side and rotate the spine . Scoliosis can be seen clearly if you open the shirt and see your shoulders are not aligned . Chest and ribs will look unbalanced .

Prevent and Fix Posture

However , we need to be aware of the balance of the body and its effect on our posture . For this reason, I suggest five ways to improve your posture :
1 . Stretching Diary : Periodically , the rest of the body stretching . You do not have to move from the desk anyway .
2 . Modification Workshop : Use a ball that is widely used as a substitute for the exercise of your bench . Then adjust the position of your computer screen to align with the eye . When using the mouse , use the left and right hand turns .
3 . Pilates or Yoga : This exercise improves balance and flexibility of the body with a low risk of injury , as well as effectively stretch the muscles of your body .
4 . Swimming : This exercise can strengthen the upper back muscles .
5 . Endurance exercise : Use the tool load , regardless of its form , to form a more core muscles in your body . This method would be more effective than using a specialized loads .

If you do not have much time , you can do this simple exercise every day , and anywhere you are :
1 . Remove - Keep your hands away from your computer or laptop .
Slide your chair from the computer , or lift laptop off your lap .
2 . Stand - Straighten your spine .
Close your eyes and imagine your body is getting longer by pulling and stretching your spine upward.
3 . Breathe : Take a deep breath slowly . That way , more oxygen flows to the muscles of your body . This method can clean your lungs .
4 . Move Head , Neck , and Shoulder : Move all three parts of the body slowly to facilitate the circulation of your blood . Turn your head and neck to the right and left . Then pull your shoulders closer to the ear . Imagine you 're shifting your shoulder blades into your back pocket .
5 . Repeat : Go back to the initial stage of the above , and repeat two times . Feel the difference !
